The history of MCU can be linked to over 25 years ago when Ike Mincy Jr.’s experience began at a very young age working alongside his father in building new homes. Ike Mincy Sr., who owned Mincy Construction, Inc. provided contracting services on the Gulf Coast and surrounding areas for over 40 years until his retirement. This time birthed a tradition of having core values rooted in integrity, work ethic, experience, quality workmanship, and building construction knowledge. These values have carried over and continued at Mincy Construction Unlimited. MCU takes these qualities and applies them to the construction process in a way that ensures clients’ satisfaction while exceeding their expectations.
