Mincy Construction Unlimited is a second-generation residential and commercial contractor in Gulf County, Florida, owned by Ike Mincy, Jr. Over 25 years ago, Ike began working alongside his father building new homes along the Gulf Coast. Ike Mincy, Sr. provided contracting services for over 40 years and started a tradition known for integrity, work ethic, experience, quality workmanship, and building construction knowledge. Today, these values continue at Mincy Construction Unlimited, where our repeat clients include private individuals, investors, business owners, and real estate agents. In addition to new residential construction, our experience includes residential remodeling and commercial construction across the areas of Port St. Joe, Cape San Blas, Mexico Beach, Wewahitchka, Panama City, and beyond.
